The course is based on a GEST short course on gender and climate change successfully piloted in Uganda. The course is tailored for professionals from municipal government, educators and civil society leaders.

It entails identifying and reflecting needed interventions to address gender gaps in sector and local government policies, plans and budgets. The course is tailored for officials working on public performance assessments and public finance management reforms, donors, academics and civil society.
