Short Bio
Berglind has served as the Deputy Director of GRÓ LRT since 2009 and has been Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Environmental and Forest Sciences at the Agricultural University of Iceland (AUI) since 2008. Her professional background includes research and education in ecology and agriculture. She has conducted research on the influence of land condition on abiotic ecosystem processes, on restoration of ecosystem processes on severely degraded land, and on legumes and grasses for land reclamation and fodder production. Berglind teaches Introduction to ecological hydrology at AUI.Education
