Call for applications opens for nominated candidates. |

Notification of outcome sent to candidates whose nominations were not shortlisted. |

Interview invitations sent to shortlisted candidates; rejection notifications sent to non-shortlisted applicants. |

Interview process commences. |

Formal offers of admission sent to selected fellows. |
Admissions process and timeline for Erasmus+ co-funded fellows is slightly different; candidates should follow instructions from the Erasmus+ coordinator / International office in their respective universities.
Interviews will however be held in the same time period as for open call candidates, i.e. in June 2026.
