WGC Fellowships:
GTP will support all fellows who successfully applied for fellowships (first authors, sent abstracts, got accepted by WGC for oral or poster) with registration fee and accommodation (sharing a room with another fellowship recipient).
If you believe you successfully applied but did not receive the email then please contact WGCfellowship@grogtp.is!

The World Geothermal Congress - WGC2026 will be held in 8-12 June, 2026 in Calgary, Canada
WGC are the largest and most significant geothermal events in the world, held every 3 years since 1995.
GRÓ GTP wants to encourage all current and former Fellows to attend the Congress.
As for the last World Geothermal Congresses, GRÓ GTP is aiming to support former Fellows, in participating the WGC2026.
When you have submitted your abstract please also send it to WGCfellowship@grogtp.is
Please note that this Fellowship is exclusively for GTP Fellows (graduates from the six-month training at GTP)
WGC Fellowships:
The support will only cover registration fee and accommodation (sharing a double room with another fellowship recipient), but at the moment it is not possible to provide partial coverage of the flight tickets.
All updates and news on the fellowships will be announced here as soon as they are clear!
