Class of 2017 UNU-GEST fellows present final assignments
The UNU-GEST programme and the class of 2017 fellows would like to extend an invite to an event where fellows will present their final assignments. The event takes place on Monday 22 May 2017 from 11:00 -16:00 in room 101 in Oddi, University of Iceland campus. The event is held in English and open to all.

UNU-GEST field trip as part of the last module "Gender and Environment" May 2017
UNU-GEST travelled to Höfn, East Iceland where the fellows had the opportunity to learn about climate change and sustainability with experts from the Nýheimar Research Centre - Háskóli Íslands.

UNU-GEST hosts the Nordic Women Mediators (NWM) Annual Meeting in Reykjavík, Iceland on 7 and 8 May 2017.
The NWM Annual Meeting is taking place in Reykjavík from 7-8 May hosted by UNU-GEST and the Icelandic Ministry for Foreign Affairs with the aim to discuss and endorse operational mechanisms, clarify roles and responsibilities and agree on specific outcomes for 2017-18.

University of Montenegro and UNU-GEST offer joint scholarships
University of Montenegro and UNU-GEST are pleased to offer one full scholarship to a master's student to attend the UNU-GEST diploma programme 2018 in international gender studies. The scholarships are partially funded by the Erasmus + grant scheme.
