Short Bio

Anastasía Jónsdóttir is a Project Manager at GRÓ GEST. In her role, she leads and supports the design, implementation, and follow-up of key programme initiatives, including stakeholder partnerships, alumni engagement, and the development of training and learning activities. Her work focuses on strengthening collaboration with institutions across partner countries and contributing to the programme’s strategic development and visibility. She is also involved in project development and coordination, ensuring that activities are aligned with GRÓ GEST’s objectives and delivered to a high standard. Anastasía holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of Iceland. She brings experience from working in international development and humanitarian contexts, with a particular focus on gender equality, programme management, and results-based monitoring and evaluation.
