The first short course offered by UNU-FTP that lasted for 10 days. It was held three times in 2003, 2004, and 2005. Quality Management in Fish Handling and Processing was discussed, conducted in partnership with Danish Development Agency (DANIDA) and Matis - Food Research and Innovation Institute.
