Short Bio

Eyjólfur Reynisson holds a Ph.D. in microbiology.  He is currently a project leader at Matís working in the division of Food Safety, Environment and Genetics.

Eyjolfur's research interests are primarily in fish quality, spoilage process of fishery products and microbial ecology related to  fish and environment.
