Short Bio

Franklin Georgsson is the Director Analysis & Consulting at Matis - Icelandic Food and Biotech R&D. He is also an associate professor at the University of Iceland, and had a year long assignment through the Icelandic Development Agency (ICEDIA) in the fisheries programme in Mozambique.

Franklin is a microbiologist who has extensive experience working with food safety and microbial analysis.
