GRÓ updates results framework

GRÓ has updated its results framework that was first launched in 2023. A baseline has now been set for all performance indicators, building on the findings of the GOPA evaluation concluded in 2024. Also some minor adjustments were made to improve accuracy and new performance indicators inserted related to the post graduate scholarship programme. GRÓ has also finalised work to coordinate questionnaires used by the four training programmes, making it possible to monitor the results of their work in a coordinated manner.

The results framework is an important tool to measure the results of the work of GRÓ across the four GRÓ training programmes. Collecting information about the results of the work and monitoring the quality and satisfaction of GRÓ fellows and partner institutions in a coordinated way, enables GRÓ to better monitor and assess the results of the work, which is useful in guiding and enhancing the work of GRÓ.
