A 5-day course targeted towards the Deck Officers and Processors, discussed on quality management in fish handling and processing sector. This was in partnership with Namibian Maritime and Fisheries Institute (NAMFI), University of Akureyri and University of Namibia.

Description

The aim of this course was to strengthen NAMFI to deliver a course for crew members and people in the fishing industry on quality assurance and safety in processing plants and on board vessels.
