Short Bio

Asbjorn has a M.Sc in Food Science from the University of Iceland. Finished courses in business and management at the Continuing Education-University of Iceland 1994.

Asbjorn Jonsson is a project manager at Matis and has been involved in various studies on fish and meat processing with focus on physical properties and chemical changes that take place throughout the whole processing chain.
