My background is in Fisheries Science and Food science. Before joining GRÓ-FTP I was the manager of Quality and Research and Development at the companies Codland and Marine Collagen. Specializing in creating value from underutilised side streams from the fishing industry. During my time there we started a factory in 2019 that processes gelatin and collagen peptides from fish skin.
In my current role I oversee the Quality Management and Fish Processing and Handling specialization line.
