GRÓ Theory of Change for 2022-2027 adopted
GRÓ has adopted its Theory of Change for the period 2022-2027. The document describes the impact GRÓ aims to achieve and how GRÓ will work to get there, following UNESCO‘s guidelines for Result-Based Management.
The Theory of Change is the result of many meetings, brain storming sessions and workshops where the GRÓ centre, the four GRÓ programmes, the GRÓ governing board and development experts from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs have worked together to define GRÓ‘s pathway of change.
The Theory of Change was finalised at a workshop on the 6th of October, where all these parties came together to discuss how GRÓ can achieve the greatest impact and how GRÓ should grow in the future. The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ms. Þórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörð Gylfadóttir, stopped by to greet everyone, where she highlighted the important history of the four GRÓ programmes.
