Short Course III on Resource Assessment and Management was held in Oradea in Romania during March 13-17.  The course was attended by 30 participants from the University of Oradea and Transgex and consisted of lectures and exercises.  Lecturing was in the hands of Ms. Saeunn Halldórsdóttir, UNU-GTP Studies Board member and head of the Reservoir Engineering studies line of the 6 Month Training Programme, Ms. Helga Tulinius, UNU-GTP lecturer and reservoir engineer at ÍSOR, and Prof. Marcel Rosca, Vice Rector of the University of Oradea.
